Kimbley A. Kearney

I am a senior partner with Clausen Miller P.C. I manage the firm’s Indiana office, and maintain practices there and in Chicago. I have successfully prosecuted and defended appeals involving catastrophic personal injury, toxic tort, premises liability, employment discrimination, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and ocean marine casualty and property loss in numerous jurisdictions in the United States. Because of my combined trial and appellate experience, I am frequently retained in high profile cases nationwide for “trial triage” which involves working with trial counsel to preserve appealable error at trial and draft motions in limine, directed verdict motions and jury instructions.
