Kenneth J. Bartschi is Of Counsel at the Hartford office of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, where he focuses on appellate litigation before Connecticut state courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

He serves as co-author of West’s Connecticut Rules of Appellate Procedure (Annoted) with Wesley Horton and has done so since the 2004 Edition. He is also a co-author of Horton & Knox, Connecticut Superior Court Civil Rules (Annotated) (4th Ed.).
