Ms. Pohl is interested in her clients\\\’ cases, and makes their arguments interesting to the appellate court both in writing and at oral argument. She is hands-on in every case, while also mentoring and teaching the art of appellate practice and professionalism to younger colleagues. Every new question sparks her interest, and she finds a thorough and accurate answer for litigators and their clients in a timely manner.
