The Academy publishes a periodic Newsletter with information about its activities. Copies of most issues are now available.The Academy also publishes reports and recommendations regarding appellate practice.
In addition, the formal policies that have been adopted by the Academy are published here.
When the Academy files a brief as a "friend of the court," a copy will be posted here also.
